A Check-In report is completed on the day of the commencement of the tenancy and is to compliment the Inventory report.
Check-In report allows to create a document for a specific tenancy also ensuring the Inventory provides accurate description of the décor, contents, fixtures and fitting and furnishing. Hence differences from the actual Inventory report will be noted down in an effective manner. We also take the meter readings on the move-in date as well as hand over the keys to the tenants which they will electronically sign for.

Prices incl. of VAT. Extra rooms e.g. study, bathroom, garden etc. will be charged at an additional cost of £10.00 per room. A charge of £55.00 will occur if property is densely furnished.
