An Inventory report is a complete record of the fixtures, fittings and décor of your property.

The report should be amended, up-dated and recreated before the beginning of each new tenancy.

Prime Inventories will provide both hard copies and soft copies of the reports. We use digital photos for a quick overview as well as for more specific areas of interest e.g. valuables, damage.
